Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Times We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. Tracking information may not be available for all orders or all destinations. If tracking is available, a tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Customs & Import Duties Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office if you have any concerns.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at edwardmine2006@gmail.com and we will investigate with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
